New Partnership Announcement — Evolution and Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited

In March 2021, Evolution announced a new partnership with Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited. Namely, CBN chose Evolution as part of an important programme to bring live casino services to the public. The goal of this programme is to strengthen the national lotteries supported by CBN globally.
CBN’s idea is to take the already-supported and operated national lotteries online, intending to digitise these games. Each jurisdiction that is subject to local regulations will take part in the process. Lottery players from each country will have access to a plethora of online live games, which they will get to play on multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktops. Since the live casino is powered by Evolution, each CBN lottery country will have complete access to Evolution’s top titles. They can expect to see an award-winning selection of games from the fast-growing Game Show category and other RNG-powered games. Some of the most eye-catching titles include Mega Ball, Lightning Roulette and Crazy Time, and a selection of first-person games.
Regarding the partnership, the President, Lottery Systems and Chief Financial Officer at CBN, Craig Bascombe, has expressed his delight to be working with the live casino industry leader that is Evolution. He has added that Evolution’s established presence in Europe and North America is the reason why CBN chose it as a partner. What has contributed to Evolution’s involvement with CBN even further was its solution for the Canadian lottery. Of course, Bascombe also believes that Evolution’s entertaining and varied selection of games will surely prove to be popular with lottery players. Furthermore, the Regional Territory Manager for Latin America and Africa at Evolution, Kfir Kugler, has confirmed that Evolution is more than pleased to have been chosen by CBN for this multi-country project. CBN has been supplying the Bank of Canada with banknotes since 1935. It also produces drivers’ licenses, birth certificates, passports, postage stamps and coupons, as well as the systems necessary for issuing and verifying those documents. Finally, the company also offers management services and systems for multiple charitable gaming operations and government lotteries worldwide.
