Evolution Group Inks a Landmark Deal With Sky Betting & Gaming

Evolution, a Malta-based leading B2B solutions provider for casino operations, continues to grow by expanding over different markets. Recently, the developer entered into an online gaming agreement with Codere in Panama, which would showcase its live casino content via Codere Online. Then, the company opened a second live studio in New Jersey in response to a North American demand for its casino products. Yet another groundbreaking deal happened soon after.
Evolution Group secured a landmark deal with Flutter-owned Sky Betting & Gaming (SBG). This new agreement will allow SBG to tap into the live casino services of the globally-recognised provider. Under the “landmark deal,” SBG’s Betfair and Paddy Power brands will have access to Evolution’s live casino options. The developer’s offering includes roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, all provided via live video streaming from its studio in Riga, Latvia.

Moreover, Evolution’s live casino content will be available to SBG’s brands — Sky Bet, Bingo, and Vegas. SBG also owns Sky Sports Fantasy Football, Soccer Saturday Super 6, and ITV7, which are among the nation’s leading open-source sport games.

It’s worth noting that Sky already offers online slots from a leading developer, Red Tiger Gaming, and is also preparing to relaunch NetEnt’s slots. In other words, the latest agreement expands the collaboration between Evolution and SBG, considering that both NetEnt and Red Tiger Gaming are Evolution Group’s subsidiaries.

As Gaming MD at Sky Betting & Gaming, Andrew Rushgrove stated the company had recognised Evolution’s strong performance and its wide variety of content, which was expanding at a rapid pace. He continued to explain that SGB saw great potential in the live casino segment, which Evolution excelled at, especially with its flagship titles Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette. Since the developer has recently announced the launch of over 100 games in 2023, Rushgrove concluded the company was excited to showcase the developer’s content.
