Discover the Magic of Purrfect Potions — Yggdrasil and Reflex Gaming’s Latest Collaboration

Developers joining forces is not a new phenomenon in the iGaming sector. The latest to do so were Yggdrasil and Reflex Gaming, two of the biggest names in the industry. This partnership has yielded Purrfect Potions, an intriguing magic-themed video slot with traditional gameplay and stunning graphics. The May release revolves around an enigmatic feline character called Professor Purrfect and his magical potions and charms.
The violet 5x3 gold-rimmed grid is laid over a background featuring a wizard’s candlelit study. It includes nine base game symbols — five royal cards and four magical icon elements. Players can land at least two of either group across 20 available paylines to clinch a win. However, in keeping with the theme of the slot, obtaining Purrfect Potions and bonus symbols is the ultimate goal. The former will trigger one of three Wild Boost bonuses the game offers. Wild Magic stacks wilds, covering entire reels in these symbols. Magic Touch adds two to eight wilds across the grid, while Mystery Wilds creates up to eight multipliers on the paylines. If you’re lucky to land the last option, your earnings can grow 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, 20x, or 50x.
Besides the wilds, Purrfect Potions features several scatters. These symbols appear on the first, second, and third reel, triggering free spins and bonus awards. The prize value and the number of spins depend on which scatter combo you hit — Regular Bonuses (2x your stake and 8 FS), Super Bonuses (10x your stake and 12 FS), or Mega Bonuses (50x your stake and 16 FS). As if this sky-high reward potential wasn’t enough, this Yggdrasil & Reflex Gaming release also offers Magic Bet and Bonus Buy features. The former allows the activation of a special reel spin that can award extra FS. The latter lets players bypass the unpredictable journey towards free spins rounds by purchasing them for a few bets. Mat Ingram, Reflex Gaming’s CPO, and Stuart McCarthy, Yggdrasil’s Head of Product & Programs, spoke fondly about the release. Ingram called the game “a delightful project” and a “charming and amicable addition” to their portfolio. McCarthy highlighted Yggdrasil’s hope the Purrfect Potions would “hit the mark” with players.
