Partnerships manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with content providers, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of partners onto our platform.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and content providers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive partner relationship. Provide day-to-day support to the management team and maintain accurate administrative task performance and tracking.
  • Work closely with the sales, account management, and marketing teams to create and execute effective partnership strategies.
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content-related strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and work with legal teams to ensure compliance in all partnership agreements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of customer-related experience in business development, partnerships management, or corporate service management. Experience in online gaming is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English and Russian languages, both spoken and written.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
