Full time job in Riga office

Responsibilities:

  • A friendly and approachable personality with a positive attitude toward work and colleagues.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and desire to work with people.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for improving the workspace.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and Russian.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Ensuring the office stays clean and comfortable, taking care of everyday tasks like watering plants, loading/unloading the dishwasher, cleaning the coffee machine, and dusting hard-to-reach areas.
  • Supporting staff with workspace organization and providing essential office supplies.
  • Continuously improving the office environment by maintaining order, adjusting the temperature, and decorating for special occasions.
  • Making coffee and tea for the team.
  • Monitoring the stock of consumables in the kitchen, bathrooms, and meeting rooms (and keeping the candy supply well-stocked!).
